Yes! Girard mentioned antisemitism a fair bit in his work, as you might expect. Also Paul Dumouchel's _The Barren Sacrifice_ touches on the point you raise - the notion of a scapegoat that is eternally sacrificed (I can't remember if it links it to antisemitism specifically, but I'd be surprised if it didn't).
